Once you are logged in as the board owner you will see a new setting button in the top right, all the details of what you should set the setting on your app to are in there.

Check that you set the callback URL correctly when you created the twitter application, if this is wrong you wont be able to login.

I saw the updated twitterboard and I registered my app. The issue is, I no longer have the “settings” option and cannot change anything, and the board no longer lets me log in.

There was going to be an announcement today regarding the need of app registered and TB? I saw the announcement about the upcoming TB Client.

I think it may cause some problems to use the same one for both because the callback URL would be different, as a user you can register multiple App's though may be worth snagging another one.
